It looks like I missed lots of fun last night! Merry, your poor DD must have been frantic! I've been thru this with my own DD when she was little! Waist length Curly hair and round brushes don't go together! What a nightmare!

WOW! I can't believe we are still here. Lorriane, I will be looking for your new thread when I get home from work.
DS went to school looking nice today. He was going on a field trip but not sure where or why. Two sophomores, two juniors, and one senior were chosen to go. It must be a leadership thing. He was told to "dress professionally." I ask him as a professional WHAT ? Lunch was provided so that was good.
It is going to be cold this weekend for football and the band competition Saturday night. Anyone near Bridgeton, NJ want to meet me there?
Got to run. Hope I can find you later.

Had to drive DS to school again today. Hopefully we'll be back to being a 3 car family tonight.
It's red ribbon week in our town. Everything in the schools is about not using drugs this week. DS is traveling around with his high school band to the elementary and middle schools all day. He may melt (we are still having Indian summer), but it should be fun. He's going to DD's middle school for one of his stops.
Amy's wearing her hair up today. That way no one can tell that some of it is shorter than the rest. We'll either get in today or tomorrow to trim her hair. She says thanks for all the nice comments.
I'll check back later. I'm hoping I'll be around when we move to the new location.
