disney and visa

i do not know if this question has been asked so forgive me if it has. we all know disney and visa/bankone are going into partnership. bankone is offering a visa-disney card. will this be a credit card only or will it be offered as a debit card also? thanks!

I believe that it will only be a credit card. Debit cards would have to be tied to a checking account, so they are issued through your bank (even though they have the VISA logo on them).
