Disney Adventure - Private dining table?

We usually request a private table on our Disney cruises, I can't see the option in my Adventure bookings.
Are they not offered on the Adventure? Or am I looking in the wrong place?

Not a deal breaker but if they are an option I would prefer it.

I saw a video by Youtuber Jojo who was traveling alone and he was seated alone at a table for four, although he invited some people to come sit with him.

You can call and have the request added. Whether you will get it, I guess no one knows yet.

If you go to deck five after boarding, there’s a table where you can request a private table. (Saw some guests do it in a video). We are a table of four, so we’ve decided to roll the dice rather than make a request.

Our travel agent wasn't able to request private dining for us, she said there was no option to request. We just went to where they were dealing with with dining changes when we got on board (It was either Animators Table or Palette) and requested it and it was given to us.

Concierge guests can also have this request added to their reservation by shoreside for the Adventure.

We noticed the option wasn't available in our online booking unlike other recent DCL cruises. We asked our TA to put in a request and we received a private table. If you don't have a TA then get in touch with DCL directly to request

This sounds to me like they've tried to do it the easy way and do it directly via the booking, which isn't available for the Adventure. They need to actually call DCL to place the request.
