Disney Adventure Dining rotation

Just curious...are there 6 dining rooms? Or just 3? I can't tell based on the info below.
We plan on doing a 3 night cruise but want to hit each dining room of course.

Looks like 6 dining rooms but 3 concepts you will be assigned to. So you won’t get both animator palate and animator table. Likewise will get either Maximus or Olaf. Kind of like in the wish you get Roy or Walt dining room

Based on their press releases, it seems there won't be any live shows on any of the dining rooms. In one of them, characters will appear, but that's about it. Am i right? So, they won't have the "stage" area, just room decors. Seems kind of a let-down
