I have 2 jibbitz in my Disney CROCS that have never fallen out and have lost all of my daughter's jibbitz out of her Disney CROCS .

I just ordered a bunch of stuff. Got the codes but when I put in the code for the VISA it didn't take it. I also put in the code for the free shipping and that didn't get taken either.
the codes showed up during the ordering process but when I hit the final button to submit order it deleted them. So I got charged alot for shipping and without the Visa code I lost the 20%.
I sent an email to disneyshopping but I am sure they will ignore it. Does anyone have a number I can call, it wasn't on the order confirmation email I received, just the email address.

In the past, Disney takes about a day to answer their emails from me, so they aren't so bad. I had a problem last week with one of the pins I ordered and the CM I spoke to was really helpful.

The shipping didn't work for me at first, but I went back and entered the code and it worked fine so... ?

I just got the Adult and child pink crocs for my kids I have been wanting to get them for Christmas AND a set of Mickey Luggage that I have had my eye on for over a year. With all the discounts the luggage was around $40! I had to sacrifice the free shipping because of the luggage but it was still only $13 and change for the shipping so I am thrilled.
