Everyone will pick 2 letters and what word you'd like to do for that letter, everything should be Disney themed.

Due Date: July 31
Everyone will check in every 2 weeks and if I haven't heard from you by June 30 I'll send you a PM and if I haven't heard from you by July 3 then your spot will be angeled out.

Elements:
Everyone will do a topper and 2 elements. You'll do 13 of each as everyone has 2 letters there are only 13 people in the swap.
** Please, no hand lettering on any items. You may use computer fonts, rub-ons, stamps, die cut letters, etc. Embellished means using brads, eyelets, charms, ribbon, 3D stickers (matted stickers are okay too) or embossing. All elements should be double matted & embellished unless otherwise noted!**

All Cardstock used should be Bazzill Basics. If you need help getting some feel free to PM me and I'll do my best to help.

See the Swap Glossary sticky thread if you need to see examples: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1306030

1 Topper – min 4"x4" up to 8" by 2"
and 2 of the following
1 Journal Box – minimum 3" x 4" area for writing
4 Embellished Squares – largest mat should be no larger than 2"
2 Photo Frames – for a 4x6 photo & the Sizzix dies are ok (you need to crop a bit from the photo to use these) Two layers on the frame would make the photo seem double matted.
2 Photo Mats – for a 4x6 photo without cropping; Again, two layers as the photo sits on top of these
2 Tags – no smaller than 2x3 & larger is fine; double matted plus fiber or eyelet in the hole
2 Slide Mounts – cardstock or actual slide mounts; must be embellished but not double matted & the Sizzix dies are fine
1 Box 'n Tag – one journal box with a matching tag (see details above)
1 Mini File Folder – embellished but need not be double matted
1 Library Pocket & Tag - embellished but need not be double matted
1 Matted Poem/Lyric/Quote – text area must be no smaller than 2½ x 3½
1 Shaker Box
1 Paper Piecing
1 baggie of 6 brads, eyelets, or buttons and 1 yard of ribbon.

Everyone will pick two open letters and chose a word to go along with it.

Thanks MichellePooh!!! It took me days to figure out the titles and paper and I was just hoping to get letters that work.

fannF -- I need some clarification on the Bazzill Basics only. My plan involves patterend paper for the first layer of the photomats, then 2 layers of solid cardstock -- bazzill.
Does all of the paper have to be bazzill, or just the cardstock?

I completely understand if it is bazzill only. I will need to bow out if it is. I apologize for not thinking of this potential problem sooner.

I hope patterned paper will be okay, too. I was going to use textured DCWV but know I've got to figure it out.

My questions:

Can we clarify how our toppers/titles should be? Should it identify the letter as in "W is for wish" or will "Wish" be more appropriate?

For those of you who are familier with the Bazzill cardstock

I just ordered some Bazzill Bling is this stuff sparkly? It was really hard to tell with my monitor. I ordered some since I really want something sparkly to use with my matted Lyrics.

I also wanted to know if we can use patterned paper. If we use vellum does it have to be Bazzill?

This is my second swap and I am so excited.:yay:

I am wondering this too. My title is Believe in Magic -- I was thinking of making the B exaggerated in some way, maybe a larger font size or a different font.

I just ordered some Bazzill Bling is this stuff sparkly? I can't answer this now, but I will be going to my LSS tomorrow or Friday. If you don't have the answer by then, I'll check it out. I am pretty sure it is glittery.

It's more a subtle glimmery shimmery paper. Not sparkley in that you can see the sparkle squares. It is very pretty when the light hits it. But not obnoxious in any way.

It can identify the letter, it doesn't have to.

I love Bazzill Bling, because it's not over glitty very suttle I own so much of it.

You can use Patterned Papers.

Can I do P - Pure Quackery (Son loves the duck!)
and S - Sticky Mickey (for our mickey ice cream bars!)

Stitchisourhero is doing Donald Duck, so I think doing Pure Quackery might be a little repetitive.
I'll put you down for it as long as there are no objections.

DH is a big Donald fan, too (the duck, not the Trump!! ;) ) We always search the parks for new Donald stuff!!

We could do this, if it's ok with you fAnnF--give bobcat "D" for Donald Duck, and I'll take "P" for "Pooh & Friends". I've got some ideas for that, too, so that wouldn't be a problem, and it would give us another character in the ABC's!

It's whatever you think will work better! Happy Thursday, everyone!!

It's not repetitive to me. I have 3 trips to get done!

That's what I get for jumping in before really looking at the titles! LOL I was thinking maybe Practical Magic for all the things we can't live without on vacation.
