Disney Abandons "Seal Team 6" Trademark Application

The Wall Street Journal reports that Disney has withdrawn its trademark application because the U.S. Navy filled its own trademark application for the phrase "Seal Team."

So, the score is WDW 1, DOJ 0

but

USN 1, WDW 0 (a forfeit)

Sad that Disney tried to trademark this in the first place.

When I heard on the podcast that they were trying to do this in the first place kind of disgusted me. There are other ways to thank those who have ended the 10 year search for Bin Laden.
