How far ahead should we be booking a villa ? this will be our one and only time to the world, and we are looking at December 2019 should we start looking and booking a villa now or is it best to wait until the year before we book anything, I know flights and tickets cant be booked until then, but as were are going to be saving and paying for bits at a time I just wondered how others do it

Far too early to be booking yet.

Put it this way, we're going either late June or early July next year and all of the villas we've looked at (and love) still are available to book for that timeframe. To be safe, safe, I would say, at the earliest, summer 2108.

I would start looking around 18 month before you travel
