Disnee Dad needs help!

Disnee Dad Says..........................................DD age 14 is going with her class to Disneyland in a little over three weeks.
Just in case the chaperone has no clue, I need a little help from DL vets.

1. Anyone with an extra DL map, hopefully recent, please pm me. I'll give you my address so I can get a couple maps. I will send money, but I doubt you'd ask for it! i hope the PD that went out over the years will come back!

2.Post your favorite 2 hour plan when hitting the parks when they open, with a bunch of teens!

3. It is kind of ironic, I know every inch of WDW, and now I'm asking for help for DL which is just down the road 400 miles!
What rides use fast pass? Do they work for one day passes?
Never bought a ticket to DL when they have FP, and all
wdw tickets were multi day or AP's.

2. With teens Ill say hit the Westside (Adventureland,New Orleans, Frontierland, Critter Co) first- with planning you can hit most of the rides in 2-3 hrs

What rides use fast pass? First off DL has 2 levels of Fast Pass at the moment- Connected and non-connected- Connected uses the traditional FP rules (only one at a time etc) while unconnected lets you have a pass for that ride AND a connected ride- Ie you can get a Indy FP, a Pirates FP and a HM FP at the same time- But you cant have a Indy and Splash FP at the same time- Currently the unconnected FPs are Pirates,Mansion,Star Tours and Roger and the connected FPs are Indy, Splash, Pooh, Thunder (when it reopens) Autopias FP has been down for awhile but its connected when available.

Do they work for one day passes? Yup- They work for all passes

My advice for getting the most- Always have an active FP- you dont have to use them during their time (they are good all day once the time has started) My personal touring plan for west side is grab a FP for indy, grab a FP for Pirates, grab a FP for Mansion ride either Mansion or Pirates (your choice) then your Indy pass should be getting valid get a FP for Splash before riding indy- head back and ride Indy and Jungle Cruise- head back and ride Pirates and Mansion with FP- Get more FPs for Mansion and Pirates- if the FP for Splash is valid use that then get another FP for Splash or Indy and continue -em
