I have a couple of questions for those who have a Disney credit card.

1. Is there an annual fee?

2. How long are the "reward dollars" good for?

There is no annual fee. Rewards are good for 5 years after you have obtained them. That said, if you transfer you rewards to a card (activate them) they are good through December of the following year.
