Hi Gang!

Okay, after being computer-less for almost 6 weeks, I'm finally back on the air. My motherboard fried itself (fortunately I have good backups) and took the rest of the hardware with it (or, as a technically-proficient person said, "the smoke left the mirrors"). I finally got it rebuilt and the data recovered at midnight last night. What a mess.

I'll see you all at the Oct. 11th meeting, and catch up. I think I missed a lot!

Oh, good. Can't wait to meet you Candice! And thanks! I actually wasn't planning to buy, just wanted to do the tour to see the rooms and get some info. Of course I left with 160 points and a hurt hand from signing a million times, haha! And it took me a while to take the plunge. I researched for about a year. I always knew it was for me, just wanted to wait for the best time to buy in, and I guess I thought now was!

isn't it always that way....that's why i haven't taken a tour yet. i just know that when i take a tour, i should just have a check already completed. i've been checking out their current promotions to see if it works for me.

Yea. Actually, my guide gave me no pressure at all. I guess seeing the rooms, looking at the numbers, and talking to someone who could answer my questions in person, just made me want it. You really just take the tour, its about an hour, maybe a little longer. And they really give you no pressure at all - unlike most timeshares.

We live in Nottingham (near White Marsh) but work a couple of blocks from the Inner Harbor (Federal Hill area).
