Darcy....the only dates I'm available are Dec 19, Jan 2, Jan 23 and Jan 30. In Feb I'm only available on the 6 and the 20th.

At the same link you can check out the dining options.

It's outdoors. There's also "The New Capital of Christmas" at the Gaylord National Resort. It will have a 60-foot glass tree, indoor snowfall and explore a walk thru winter wonderland sculpted from ice. There's even an ice slide. There is a fee with this one, which I believe is around $20. There's also an outdoor Holiday Market from noon to 8 PM. So much to do. I might make a day of it.

Welcome...we're glad to have more joining us. When do you expect to be moving to the area? Keep checking back to this thread for future meets. We normally try to meet at least once a month, but lately we have all been either at WDW or other places.

I like the idea of meeting at, or around, 2:30 p.m. cause that gives us lots of time to hang together. If everyone sticks around we can do Bobby McKee's afterwards. . .Sounds like a fun day. . .and a great time for last minute Christmas Shopping.

Otherwise I'll meet up with you all between 2-2:15 pm at the National Harbor Plaza Stage, figured we might need a few minutes before the show so we have time to find everyone.

Ok, so the time seems to be 2:15pm at the National Harbor Plaza Stage to attend the 2:30pm show. Look at pic for suggested parking. Do we know where we will eat at? so we are eating dinner instead of lunch? I might stay at the Gaylord for the night even tho we live across the wilson bridge LOL

Thanks for the welcome. I begin my new position in early January, so over the next month I will be moving down to Virginia. Today I am beginning my search for an apartment.
