I'm not either but I am making a somewhat healthy version of Chicken Parmesian. I don't bread my Chicken and I use breasts.

I enjoyed them in the room and watched Wednesday's episode of Project Runway on YT....the outcome was NOT what I expected!

Yeah, talk about a surprise...I thought LeeAnn would go prior to seeing their dresses but then thought Kato (not sure of her name) had a worse outfit since her bridesmaid dress and bride's dress were basically the same color -- not good.

I'm checking out...got to be at a consignment sale tomorrow at 6:45am!!! YIKES! but I'll be one of the first to get in during a special pre-opening. Hopefully, we'll find some of the things on our list but a lot cheaper there.

Oh, DH got a job offer today -- not the job he really wants, but it's a job offer! He also has 3 interviews set up next week, so hopefully he'll get at least one other offer and then we can compare the jobs, benefits, etc.

Sorry I missed you. I thought it was going to be Korto. Goodluck tomorrow. And congratulations on the job offer and I hope he gets more so you can compare. I was thrilled to find out yesterday we are still going to have the same medical coverage next year. I was so afraid that with all of the companies cost cutting that we would lose it.

I try to go the healthy route. If I had my way we would eat less meat and I would use more veggies, but Scotty is a butthead when it comes to different veggies. He would eat candy all day if I let him and he's not fat either. He rides all the calories off.

I try to go the healthy route. If I had my way we would eat less meat and I would use more veggies, but Scotty is a butthead when it comes to different veggies. He would eat candy all day if I let him and he's not fat either. He rides all the calories off.

Yeah, I do try to be more healthy myself these days. There are just some things that I can't keep away from though!

We had a great time and the weather was wonderful! It rained today but that's okay since we were just going to the aquarium and then on toward home. The other 2 days were perfect! The kids actually got to play in the surf yesterday. I really thought it would be too chilly but they didn't seem to mind. I guess the water is about 75 degrees right now... about the same as the air temp was. Anyway... I took lots of pictures and I'll post some and tell you everything we did if y'all want me to.

But not tonight... I didn't sleep well last night and I cannot wait to crawl into my own bed! So, I'm off to dreamland! See ya tomorrow!
