DISigns with a WISH or exercise theme?

Hi all, I'm looking for something Disney-ish that is exercise or weight loss related. Maybe some clip art of Minnie working out or something along those lines.

I've done some Google searches but I guess I'm entering the wrong words because I can't seem to find anything.
