DISign Request: BBB as present

Hi all,

My daughter asked Grandma if she could go back to the BBB for her birthday present this year. I am hoping someone can help make something we can give to her on her birthday next week - a certificate of sorts. I am trying to get better date/time for her actual appointment, so I don't want a firm date on it.

Here is the info:

Name: Gabi
Birthday: June 3 - will be her 5th Birthday
From: Grandma and Grandpa

Our trip is in October. It doesn't have to be anything fancy - I just want something I can give to her on her birthday (Grandparents live out of state).
