DISign passport vs. Disney food and wine passport

Hi friends, I hope some of you more experienced food and wine goers can answer a question for me. I will be going to WDW during Food and Wine this year. I saw that you can get a free Food and Wine passport from Disney. I was planning to do that but last night I saw a really nice Epcot passport on one of the DISigners threads but it isn't tied in with Food and Wine. It will just be me and my husband would you recommend one passport over the other? Should I use them both? Would they get different types of stamps. Can someone just give me more information because I don't know much about the passports. Thank you kindly. Happy summer!
