DISign idea... can someone bring this to life?

I have a vision for what I would love for Kim Possible t-shirt design based on researching images, but do not have the skills to make it myself. I will order the transfer paper from Amy, but who can I request to make the following design?

This photobucket design rotates between 3 images. I like the one where she is dressed in the standard Kim Possible outfit, and is holding a kimmunicator. I don't know how to freeze just the image I want

I would love for the Kim Possible picture and background (love dark blue green and the target design!!) to be centered inside a Mickey Mouse head. Then I would like the following words to be split between the two ears, "A Girl... on a Mission". Think it would be cool to have the target diameters extend into the ears.

My DD5 & DD6 would wear these on our Epcot day during our mid-April WDW vacation.

Can someone help me with this design? Or if I should instead of posting this message here, can someone recommend a DISigner that I should specifically make a request to?

Thank you so much! I actually like the second one better. Can you make a few small changes?

- Make the "I"s in Mission the same as the ones in GiRL?

- Add a few more target rings into the ears?
