DiSign for a baby with a "bad fin"

Hello everyone,

I have a special request. In september my sister and I along with our families will be in WDW. My sister gave birth last april and the baby has part of a foot missing. Everything else is perfect, the baby is growing very well and is sleeping through the night already.
When I was visiting her last week she saw Nemo for the first time and started crying. Because of Nemo and his bad fin, that movie is now her favorite. I am trying to come up with an idea for a t-shirt DISing. Something cute about Nemo and the bad fin??? What do you think? She plans on leaving her son barefoot since she says she is not embarrassed about it and the weather will still be nice ( he will be in his stroller under a UV protective canopy). Don't know how to go about it so I need your input and ideas.

Wow! That is just wonderful! Now I will have to go get more t-shirts so the whole group can feel lucky to be friends with "lucky fin".
My sister will just love it! That little boy is truly special so the design fits him well.
