Dishwasher Question

Why does my dishwasher leave a white film on my dishes? We just recently moved and the dishwasher at my new house is only a year old. I use the same dish soap. We only moved a few blocks away so I would assume the water is the same. My old dishwasher didn't leave a film. Any ideas why the new is doing this? All my dishes look dirty.

Could be a hard water problem.

Yep. Tried it with a rinse aid and without. Doesn't seem to matter.
