No way am I closing my eyes! I might miss something! But if Alan needs a boa, I have a red and black one left over from a trip to NO or a purple one from a dress up event where I went as Miss Soiee 1953. Long story there and if you don't know anything about University of Arkansas football "soiee" means nothing to you. It's a pig call fans do!

Oh, and I have a princess tiara and a wand (Miss Soiee, remember ) but I may be wearing the tiara, haven't decided yet. Don't know just how much embarrassment my family will put up with and still admit they know me ! But Alan can sure use the wand. And I could probably be persuaded to bring an extra tiara. I am a giving person.

I have worn a tiara in public. At the Pirate and Princess party in 2007 Dallas made me buy one to wear. I still have it too. It is so cute. It has a skull and cross bones in the center of the rinestones.

Hi everyone!! Just taking a break from writing my paper and this thread was just what the Dr. ordered! You guys are hilarious

For the record, the dessert party sounds like fun. Hopefully if we can split the cost it won't be too bad. And having our own photographer would be AWESOME!!!

Yeah, just checking this thread always makes me smile....and I think it helps build anticipation about the upcoming meet, (which by the way is only 4 weeks from today!)

It is really funny about the tiaras. When I was 15 I was choosen to be the Queen of a baseball team. Yeah, it is really kinda corny. But, I kept that tiara for YEARS. It got lost, somehow, in a move. I loved that thing. I have to try and dig up some of those old pictures.
