What's the matter Andrea? That is actually a pretty good forcast for Florida in June. There will almost always be between 30-60% chance of rain on any given day in the summer. It's usually showers that come and go so don't worry! We usually just go to an inside show and when we come out it's over.

That weather report looks beautiful... NOT!! The Isolated T-storms don't worry me, but the scattered is depressing. Maybe chances will diminish as the days get closer.

Today I got most of my laundry handled, and packed my backpack. I can live without quite a bit... but my bug spray, first aid kit, wipes and hand sanitizer, rain jackets, cameras... stuff I would be lost without! Tonight I plan to finish folding laundry, start packing, and work on the house. Packing is a day ahead of schedule, house will be 2 days ahead if I can actually get it started. Good thing, too... if you saw the state of my house! Can we say CONDEMNED!!!

Chris is getting up early tomorrow and driving to Atlanta to pick up the pool kit so he can get started by tomorrow evening. He'll be working sun up till sundown until our trip, but he thinks he can get it done. Let's hope so or he will not be a happy camper on this trip which will ruin it for the rest of us. I'm gonna look on the bright side and think how much more we will all appreciate this trip once we get through this stress!

Yep - that's me - Queen of the Frantic Pace! I may send Bob out with Dana one day to the parks and just bask in the Florida sunshine! Actually, that's why we AREN'T planning minute by minute. We really want to just enjoy some TIME AWAY!

I hope you all feel better. Get to the doctor for meds if it gets worse. Are you flying? (I can't keep everyone's plans straight! lol) Because if so, you'll want those ears/congestion cleared up before that!

Thanks! Yeah, we're flying (unfortunately - I hate flying). I'm definitely keeping a close eye on myself and everyone else. Let's hope it's just a little cold and is gone in a day or two!

It always rains in florida... Just bring ponchos and hit an indoor attraction or show when the rain starts... The showers usually only last an hour or so, and it actually cools things down.

we didn't have too much rain as I remember last year this time.. just a few soakers... Bob got caught on Test Track during a downpour... that's when I discovered I REALLY don't like wet sneakers & socks!!
Hopefully my crocs will do me well this time around, because the sneakers are staying home! ( I think. LOL)

Today was Mick's bday so we went out to Texas Roadhouse. Mmmmm, good!! I barely touched my steak though and only had about 1/2 of the huge sweet potato as I love their bread and cinnamon butter! Yum yum! Steak and eggs for bfast tomorrow!

We don't take ponchos because they make you feel so nasty when your hot and have wet plastic stuck to you . You're already soaked with sweat anyway, the rain just freshens you up a bit.

I leave on Thursday for Florida!!! We're spending the night near Sanford airport where my in-laws are flying in to (we're driving). Then on Friday... off to checkin at WDW!!!My in-laws leave on 6/19 (us on 6/25). I just hope I can make it w/ my MIL til then.
