She can get us her CM discount sometimes. I have always wanted to stay there, but really don't want to spend that much for the whole trip. Even with her discount it is $70 more per night than the teacher rate at the Swan. Oh, by the way, what do you do at LSU?

We were going to get our ressie through a CM friend of mine. But with her discount, we weren't going to be able to get the dining plan. And the dining plan for us, was a MUST. Disney basically considers the dining plan to be a discount. So you can't double that with the discount from a CM.

At LSU, I am the Assistant Director of Employment Services for Career Services. Anyone who wants to interview LSU students/alumni on-campus, comes through me. I set up all of their schedules, etc. It's so fun. The employers are SUPER nice....

How sweet! That's so funny! It won't be long--- I'm getting so excited. Well, I've BEEN so excited, but it's getting more and more each day!!!!! OMGoodness, when it hits June 1, I'm going to really be estatic!!!

It's the website that allows you to stalk people without them knowing!!!

It's like an online yearbook kinda thing. Kinda like myspace but not so creepy. You post pictures, have a profile, and can keep in touch with people you haven't seen in forever. It's really cool. Me and Mandy are "friends" on facebook. B/c we are friends, I see each time she makes an update, adds pictures, etc.

OKay I'm finally here, Had to go see Importance of Being Ernest. It was interesting, a guy dressed up as a girl. Use your imagination on that one folks. Okay as I promised I have my story,pictures, and video.

Okay we left our town about 5:15 yesterday, we stopped off for lunch/dinner for us. It's a place called Rose Garden, which if anyone is traveling through Tennessee on I40, heading to or from Nashville stop off there. Home cooking at its best. I ordered 3 pancakes and bacon. I'll tell you this, they put Ihop and Cracker Barrell to shame and that's a big thing in this southern girl's book. The pancakes were falling apart from them being freshly made and still hot off the griddle. So we ate and then we got back on the road again about 6:30.

Now we're driving along, listening to Lady Antebellum and Ernie Halter on the way down, while telling stories about our parents and just talking. We saw some unique rainbows on our way down. OKay so we keep driving, we get lost trying to find the right exit. Okay so we find the right exit half a hour later then we spend about another half hour maybe trying to find the place. We're in downtown Nashville, a predator's game is going on. We have no clue where we're going. So we finally stop ask a police officer where the heck this place is. So we get there and park and walk into the place. This is about 8 something now.

So we get in and look around for a bit to see if we can see them, no go so we head upstairs and get a table right by the balcony and sit down. There's another act on before them and she stinks. She's supposedly country but all I got was a pounding headache and I distainct reason to never buy her cd. So as she's performing we can see outside some through the doors by the stage and we're watching. We see them arrive and that. Well we kind of watch and get up for a bit and head downstairs, leaving nothing at our original table. So we go to get refills and I have to slide by Charles, which yeah. So we get our refills and kind of wait downstairs a bit before heading back up to find our table gone. So we sit at a different table which isn't to bad, can't see as good but then all the other people's friends start arriving and I can't see so I stand for most of Ernie's set before we head downstairs to get his cds and Lady Antebellum posters. Well we run into him after his concert and we tell him good job and we love the cd and he said to follow him back and he would sign our cds. He signed my cd 'Amazing Amanda'. He was definately short next to me. We did a group picture with the classic holding the camera away and this is the end result of that.

Okay so we head towards the front and I get a great spot right next to the sound box I guess you call it. I was able to stand there and film the videos and get pictures. They sang some of their old songs along with some new songs of theirs. The videos that are online don't do them justice nor do their songs. They are truly amazing in person. So I'm enjoying that, the very last song they did was Never Alone acapella. They dedicated it to Virginia Tech. So we hung out for a bit then made our way to the stage and we first went to Hillary and waited to talk to her.

She was so nice and I told her it was a late birthday present and she asked when my birthday was and I said last friday and she said her birthday was April 1st. We asked her to sign our posters but none of us remembered sharpies but someone else did and she signed our posters and took pictures with us. This is me and Hillary Scott.

Next after that we head to find Charles and Dave and we spot Charles. How can you miss someone that is 6'7 honestly folks. So we let them talk with who they were talking with them and get them to sign our posters and take a picture with us. Keep in mind I am 5'7 naturally without heels. I came to Charles shoulder. I was so in heaven that I didn't know he had his arm around me till this morning when I looked back at the pictures. First it started off I was standing next to him then they said get in the middle,thus giving us this picture.

We thanked them and talked a bit more before we left and started our journey back home to Cookeville. They are truly so sweet and nice to their fans. If they are in your area and you like country than go see them, it's worth the money.

Sorry for the long winded report that's a general jist of my night. It was truly an amazing night and I had so much fun but lord all mighty i'm exhaused tonight.

Before kids, I went to see him play a lot. Now I go every once in a while. Mostly I go to the street festivals during the warm months, and take the kids. They love to go watch Daddy play drums. Of course, the food vendors, balloon animals, etc may have a lot to do with that!

I had a night as long a my day was. Went to dinner at my mom's. My baby brother, DSIL, and DN10 were there, and DN16 was gone to her Junior prom. My older brother was also there. We got home about 11, and I had to get the kids showered and in bed. Took me 20 minutes to catch up post from this afternoon. I am going to call it a night, as tomorrow promises to be longer! Church in the AM, then trip to Wal-Mart and Home Depot (gotta get LGMH... oh yeah, and mulch!) and then home to plant those flowers. I can't wait until Monday when I get a chance to rest! I still have to work... but DH and Tucker are gone! Sounds awful, but I love it when they go back to work/school, and everything is back to "normal."

2 great things happened today... found out I owe less than expected for my trip! And got on the scale to find I lost 2 more pounds!! WAHOOTY!
