News at last!

Good to know all the top twenty before the announcement of top ten.

I am sad to say that I will be at the opera during the Discademy awards (tried like crazy to change it so I could be home, but there are other people involved and the other dates were sold out, so couldn't change it.) I'll get my results to Fleagle and perhaps someone can announce for me.

You can "TAPE" your announcement by sending it to me via PM and I'll post it for you.

Okay, 30 lashes is enough...

The “Unknown 3″ Disney Dream CMO finalists are unknown no more:

Jennifer Sechler almost perfectly embodies the Disney princess persona. I’d find a spot for her in my Top 10.

Work-from-home-mom Tangela Walker-Craft delivers the most business-like video resume of all the Top 20 finalists citing her college degree (creative writing) and work experience (school teacher and sales representative) as the chief qualifications for hiring her as CMO.

David Hawley plays a pirate, a miner and even Tinkerbell, but the best part of his video resume is the 15-second blooper reel at the end. I’d put David on the bubble — fighting with a few other candidates for that final Top 10 spot.

I had to wait until Brady posted it on his blog!

Good videos! So, now that Brady has moved every new person that has shown up late to the party ahead of me in his rankings... I guess I'm the new underdog?

And yes, Tee... Underdog was a Disney movie.

Post your nominations whenever you like... then PM me the winner so I can make their certificate. But assuming you are online on Saturday, you can present your award and may invite any celebrity you like to co-present.

(Reese is a sweetheart. Good kid)

too bad I can't invite Rhoda...she will be missed! Reese did a great job! :goodvibes

Wow! I'm impressed! Once again, one of DSNY4ever's favorite picks made it to the Top 20. (That's two for three... The only one who didn't get some "love" was CNN man. Bummer! Hmmmm... Maybe DSNY4ever should wear the mantle of the DISboards' NostraDISmas, since her predictions seem spot-on! :thumbsup2 )

So, Kenny, did these folks contact Brady directly -- by posting in the "Comments" section of his blog (like some of the others)?

OK, I haven't had time to look back through the boards yet (I've had a crazy-busy day at work today, and am on my way out the door to go home) but my wife, who's been glued to the Disboards for a couple weeks now, says there's been a hullabaloo over my prediction and some people that REALLY want an avatar.

Technically, I only owed avatars to the first 5 people (finalists or non-finalists) who post on this thread once people start finding out they're in the top 10.

But for various reasons both public and private, although I honestly don't know of ANY top-tenners, I WILL be awarding some customized avatars (# to be determined). This evening I will carefully study the forum postings from today and give you more updates. (Maybe the top 3, to borrow an idea from the contest!)

Now for the 45-minute commute...

Now I have to be placed in the corner and eat my words...:scared:

Thanks, KTP... Now we have closure...

What a stinker!pirate: Don't listen to em' Fleag...he's got nothin. Just a desire for an Andy Avatar!

If I was a Monitor, I place him in the corner right now, with NO rum.

Do I get a personal pirate avatar for that info??? Chat with you all after Church! Just like Bartholomew Roberts, this pirate has church!

you kid well! Ahh--get it??? :rotfl:

True story:

When my ancestors came through Ellis Island, the person registering the immigrants overheard my Great Great Grandfather Shamus McFetridge telling a joke... the punchline was "That's not a potato, that is me wife!"

Anyway, he said, "you sure have a way with a joke, kind sir. Sign your name here" Grandfather Shamus says, "hold on... I have to put down me pink hearts, yellow moons and green clovers." (didn't copyright that.. HUGE mistake) anyway... he had carried his lucky charms across the Atlantic and was hesitant to put them down... so the registrar said "I'll just sign a name for you." He wrote down the name Shamus Kidwell... and the rest is history.

EDIT: sorry.. punchy again
