Dis'er Spotting!

Have you run into a Dis'er in or around parks! I spotted 2 LGMHs...one was cpayne at CSR (knw she'd be there from the June trip thread) but our bus came and we had to leave and never ran into each other again! The other was Tinkerbell 211 at MK rope drop!

I am in the brown T shirt. It was my first spotting! My last 2 trips I had my LGMH on and didn't see anyone!
So, how about you...seen any other Dis'ers?

LOL... this reminds of the time Kari asked me... Why is every one walking around with paint cards from home depot??

she worked at home depot for 3 years, so she knew the cards well... but never asked any one why they had it or could ever figure it out.

Yes - I saw one back in 2005, and went up to her and turned out she was on a September POP thread a few of us had going.

She's a very close friend of mine now, and we'll be doing our 3rd Grand Gathering with her family, and mine - this September. She's wicked cool (wicked being cuz she's from Boston )

And then I spotted another one in line after MNSSHP 2 years ago - but I was hot, and didn't feel like saying anything to her, because....

I also spotted one, all Lime Green'd, wearing - not only Mickey heads - but a FOCKER watch lanyard! I thought for sure she'd be up to chit chatting. Nope. She almost played dumb like she had no idea what I was talking about (maybe she didn't, but where in the hell did she get a Focker Watch lanyard?? )

And then I had another one leave me a note on my dry erase board at POP, and I am still buddies with her too.... (Hi Ashley! )

So cool! I figure if you are wearing a LGMH, you want to be spoken to...why else would you wear one? I approached both of my spottings. I was really vigilant at first, but the heat and crowds got the best of me and I'll admit I got a little less vigilant!

Fockers Lanyard too.... weird. Unless, did any of the Fockers report a mugging and the assailant took off with their lanyard? Cuz I met the woman who did it.

One time a dis'er got in line a few people in front of me. I don't remember his disname....but, he was the poster who used to post pics of his favorite stuffed animals.

who's going to be there from 9/25 - 9/30....maybe I'll live on the edge and say hi if I see you there

I just say something like, "I see a lime green mickey head!" I think the odds are good it is a Dis'er! I have no problem talking to people and love meeting new people. We chat with people all the time in WDW! Like CathrynRose, though, there might have been a few times when I might not have felt like it...long days in the heat and humidity can bring me down a notch or two!

Twice.

One time at Epcot at the Candy Lady- met a nice familiy that kind of ribbed me for being on here so much-

Then last year met the cutest newleywed couple. Just adorable right outside of Toy Story. I wish I could remember their names.

And this time I am HOPING to finally get to meet Disneymomx7! We go every year at the same time and this is the first time we actually have similar plans. I'm excited.
