I am getting ready!!!

and so happy, my BFF who was my nkotb bud is getting married on June 6th our Pittsburgh show is the 11th so she wasnt going to be able to go(pesky little honeymoon was getting in the way) but I bought three tickets anyway just in case~
My son really wanted to go so I told him he could, so it was looking just like him and I as nobody was wanting the other ticket, but last week my hubby said he didnt want us(Hunter and I) going alone and he was taking the day off and coming along!
Family day out at the new kids concert odd at best but with past 6 months we have had, I didnt knock and went with the flow~

Until tonight......my BFF calls and she is all excited because her hubby to be has a "thing" at work he has to do before there honeymoon and the only way around it was to reschedule the trip, so now they are leaving on the 12th

She is so happy and I am so glad she gets to come along!!!

Oh and Eric is happy as well

Full Service starts in a week, who gets to go to a show first?

I think I have the LAST show- July 17. Unless Angey decided to go to the Houston Show.

Awwww...that just stinks!! I'm so sorry for those whose concerts were cancelled. And so grateful our venue was just changed. Our's is on 6/7, so l guess we are 2nd in line so far?

Hi ladies! I'll be at the Atlanta show to kick off the Full Service tour in ONE WEEK!

I was told that we would be getting our 5* itineraries soon but to expect to check in "several hours" before show time. Wonder if that means a longer meet and greet or just more time to enjoy a "preshow BBQ"!

I'll drive back home on Friday and immediately start packing to leave for WDW on Saturday. So I doubt I'll have a chance to post anything about the show or the meet and greet. But I might try to twitter - I'm JenniferMSU if you want to follow me. Updates are protected, so let me know if you send a request so I will know to approve it.

OT, but several of y'all are DVC owners - is there anything special I need to know about checking in for a DVC stay? This upcoming trip will be our first one through DVC. Anything I absolutely need to remember to bring for our stay? We have a 2 BR at Kidani. TIA!

Someone needs to slap some sense into me! I got an email this morning from my friend thats aid "We could go see NKOTB in Australia, just sayin'". Well, now we are seriously considering it!!! I can't believe we might go to Australia!!! I have always wanted to go there. If we do this the cruise is definitely out for next year! OMG!!!

I can't wait for this week to be over. It's been a rough one. Family drama and today I just found out they're cutting back our hours at work so less $$$ in my paycheck. I can't be too upset though because it's better they do this than lay more people off.

Hi ladies,

I've been MIA this week because honestly it's kind of getting into that hellish time of year...one month 'til fiscal year close, which is the WORST as an auditor. I've been so cranky and stressed I wouldn't let myself post and be grumpy. I'm doing a little better today, though!

I'm so excited for the Full Service tour to kick-off, but also kind of glad to let the time drag until 6/19. I think it made coming off the cruise a little easier to bear knowing I had a 5* and concert in June. Once that comes, around, THEN what? The guys will be taking a good long and well deserved break. But not knowing what the next event is that I'll get to drives me nuts. Funniest thing about all this is Less than a year and a half ago, NKOTB was barely a thought in my head. Now...they're practically what my life revolves around, LOL. Not REALLY, but considering all the planning, vacationing, and money that has involved them, it's hilarious to me. I'd be so much closer to buying that house of mine if they never came back, LOL.

Heather, I have always wanted to go to Australia! Hopefully, one day I'll be able to go. If I had the chance to do it AND see nkotb there, I would definitely do that over the cruise!

I won't be going to the concert next weekend. We picked up our tickets today and my friend and I were right, LAWN SEATS. I could have purchased like 8th row last week for $85 but I didn't because I had won these tickets. We don't know that we want to deal with the summer traffic to drive almost an hour to just deal with GA again. How can we go from 1st row, 3rd row and 5th row to all the way in the back???? So, we think we're going to skip it. I'm REALLY cranky about it.

Stinks that they ended up being lawn seats but I don't think you should skip it altogether. You'll still have a lot of fun just being there. I've had lawn for shows before and had an absolute blast. I think if you skip it, you may regret it. Plus, HELLO, I'm going to be there!

You should totally go to Australia!! We just went last month and it was fabulous! There are pretty good fares right now from LAX and SFO. We found a fantastic fare and flew out of LAX to SYD for $2150....all 5 of us. Going to Australia and seeing NKOTB? Awesome!

My concert is until July 9 But that gives me more time to lose weight. This week, the scale finally went in the right direction. Since buying my 5* tickets I have lost 9lbs only 8 more to go


Shelby, I think you should still go. Anywhere at a NKOTB concert is better than not being at one. I can't believe they are only lawn seats though. What's up with that??

My friend isn't at all pleased about the seats either. If anything, maybe I'll take Becca. I'll be playing it by ear though because obviously the weather is a concern and the gnats here have been REALLY bad. I do NOT want to go there, sit on the lawn by the water and be eaten alive by gnats.

I am really disappointed though. I won't ever bother trying to win tickets again.
