I'm making my son an autograph book and was wondering what character's have been spoted at disneyland. I found a list of these characters...

I don't believe Prince Charming, Daisy, White Rabbit, Prince Philip, Genie or Beast are ever out signing, so I have never made a page for them.

We have also never seen Queen of Hearts, Smee, Tweedle Dee or Tweedle Dum.

Smee never been out and about at Disneyland or DCA. Genie is not commonly seen. I'm thinking almost "never" for Daisy, but there may be special ceremonies at which she is present. Prince Philip was around when the castle walk-through was reopened, but only temporarily. Beast has been seen in Disneyland on rare occasions, sometimes without Belle.

The penguins, the Queen of Hearts, the White Rabbit, Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum aren't regulars (neither are Captain Hook or Wendy), but you can meet them at peak periods of the year. If they are out on a particular day, they are almost sure to be at the 2:30 PM musical chairs game at Coke Corner.

Mary Poppins is often accompanied by Bert - they often do a show in front of the castle at 2 PM.

Piglet may only appear rarely at character meals.

"Honest John" Foulfellow may be present if Pinocchio and Gepetto are.

I've seen Fairy Godmother near the hub.

Jane has been in both DLP and DCA - she seems to show up at non-peak times.

Bowler Hat Guy has been spotted on Hollywood Blvd at DCA.

If you are visiting at Christmas time, you will have the opportunity to see some of these hard-to-find characters. Rabbit (Pooh's pal) has been out at this time.

There are more obscure characters (like Wendell) that have been out on extremely rare occasions, usually associated with a special program for Disney employees.

Smee & Genie are never been out and about at Disneyland or DCA.

Genie was out on November 10 this year a little after 2.30 PM at Disneyland.

We were sitting at Coke Corner waiting for the Musical Chair thing that Alice and the Mad Hatter do - Alice was running late.

Some characters were coming and going through a door somewhere in that area while we were waiting. Out of the blue a CM in Aladdin's Oasis outfit came out and had the Genie in tow. I swear I almost fainted on the spot - I knew what a rare occasion that was and that we so were in the right spot at the right time.

They took off looking for Aladdin who had supposedly "got lost" in Adventureland, us and a lot more people trailing after them. One of my friends actually told me: "You can't follow them like a 3 year old.", which resulted in me yelling back from a distance - I was already following them at that point: "Of course I can, it's Genie!"

When Genie "found" Aladdin they were taking photos and signing autographs in front of the store near the Oasis.

You can see on the photo how much over the moon I was.

I would of followed Genie as well! When I was a little girl they had the aladdin parade and I saw him in the park. Also in March of 2006 He was out and about in the park as well.

I just dont have enought time to make a lot of pages for the characters so who has been recently spotted would be great and where! Thanks for the info so far, so keep them coming!

We were in DL in November and told that Buzz Lightyear will not be appearing except in parades until after January 2010.

But we did see Baloo, Sully, both the Incredibles and Handy Manny which aren't on your list.

That's right! Now that you mention it I remember he was absent from the list of character meet and greets.

Does anyone know if the characters from UP stroll around DCA (or if they're a part of the Pixar Play Parade?). I know they used to be in the Pre-Parade, but that's not around anymore is it?

They're not out as far as I know, and they are not in the Pixar Play Parade either. The Up Pre-Parade was stopped at the end of October I think.

We were waiting for all the characters in Pooh corner about a year ago & piglet came out for a brief time but because he is so shy he only stayed out for a few minutes. ;>)
