The 0550 wake up call was not met with a leap out of bed! Carried DD in her pyjamas to go through immigration, arriving promptly at 0600 to stand in line for 40 minutes with a large number of other non US residents. Tea, coffee and pastries were however laid on, and the queuing system allowed for chairs and ran quite smoothly.

Arrived slightly late for breakfast and order pancakes for me & an express breakfast for DD & DH – both delicious and we ensured we were well fed as our flight from MCO wasn’t until 1955hrs, so it was a long day ahead.

Disembarkation started just before 0800, unfortunately we (along with many others) were in shorts and sun vest and the weather was bitterly cold – I think our sprint from the terminal to the car park would have put Linford Christie to shame! The whole process was simple & efficient

All in all it was a wonderful cruise and we can’t wait the 600+ days until we head off on the 7-day Western Caribbean cruise. Not only will that be a new experience, but we will also be cruising with our newest addition who is due in June 2005. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough, although there was so much on offer to do it was tough trying to fit it all in!
