Good Morning LASTers and welcome to the last week of October. Prepare for the marketing blitz that is the Christmas holiday season. Once Halloween is gone, everything will shift. Was in Walgreens this morning and all the Halloween stuff was already 50% off and in a small corner. The Christmas offerings were 2 isles full already. What happened to Thanksgiving?

We came home to a beautiful summer's day. It's been winter ever since. I'm sitting here with the heater on and wrapped in a blanket!


How's your Fall?

Fall has been AWESOME in the northeast US. Warm days, cool nights and very little moisture falling from the sky. It's been great for outdoor activities.

I got a taste of fall LAST year when we took a trip to NY and PA to visit family. I do miss it.

It's our favorite time of the year. Of course it's a sign that winter is coming so we try to get everything done before it get's too late into the season.
