I did know this but does the 14 days start the same day you are at DC( assuming that's your first park) or the day after. Sure I knew answer to this before. Just that we like to have Aquatica as out last day (31st August) so want to make sure my ticket valid for that day.

Your SeaWorld & Aquatica admission is valid for 14 days from first use. So whenever you activate it for the first time (your first visit to either SW or AQ), then it should be valid for that day and 13 more days thereafter. If you go to DC on, say, Monday, then SW on the Tuesday, your SW/AQ admission should (in theory) be valid for that Tuesday and then the next 13 days as well.

Thank you. I just wasn't sure if the day at Discovery Cove was included in the 14 consecutive days.
I really cant wait to go, haven't got exact date yet, waiting for family to book there flights. Our are all booked.

So, if we want to go to SW before we go to DC we can? And I'm assuming the days don't have to be back to back? Say we want to do SW, then Hollywood Studios the next day, then back to DC the following day we can?

I think it is 14 days for everything. If you go to DC on Day 1, then you could go to Seaworld/Aquatica later that day and on days 2 to 14. If you go to Seaworld/Aquatica on Day 1, you have to go to DC on any of Day 2 through 14 and you could go to Seaworld/Aquatica all of (any of) those days too.

My understanding is that the 14 days is 14 continuous calendar days including and surrounding the DC visit. So you can either start your 14 days at SW on day 1 and then visit DC on day 14. Or you could visit DC on day one and still visit Aquatica on day 14. Or you could visit Busch Gardens in Tampa (if you pay for the upgrade) on day 1, then DC on day 6, and then SW on day 14. Bear with me, I think I have about 179 more possible combinations to use as examples ;)

All in all, it's a pretty sweet deal. I'm conditioned to shell out about $1,800 for my family's tickets at Disney, and that's not going crazy with Park Hopper or anything special. We are going for a week, can visit whatever parks on whatever days we want, and the total ticket price was about $1,400. Granted, the choices aren't as plentiful as Disney World's and the parks aren't as good (except for DC, which Gina-Gina-Bo-Bina has me expecting to have my mind blown), but I'm definitely looking forward to Memorial Day week!

I hope you will come back after your trip and let me know what you thought of DC!!!

Absolutely. I will give a recap of our day, although I don't know if my level of information technological expertise will allow me to put together a snappy trip report like you did (translation: I'm not too hot with a computer). I'm so excited...over the weekend my wife told me to stop "nerding out" over the trip! LOL
