I've searched their website and can't find the answer to my question. When you make a reservation, do you pay a deposit (if yes, how much?), or do you have to pay in full at the time of the reservation?

I just made reservations last week for October, I had to pay the whole amount.

Hi last year I did make reservations and they allowed me to put a deposit down instead of the whole amount - can't remember what the percent was but I think you had to pay the whole amount before 30 days of the resssie. Good luck - you could call the 800 number

On their website u can contact them via email I have found they respond and are very helpful

On the website, when you are making reservations there is a link called payment options, and you can choose to pay a deposit (30%) and the balance in 60 days, I think. Hope this helps.
