Hi All .
Yesterday i booked 4 swims for August 2013,through my tour operator-Virgin Holidays.
Now i know that you can only book a Cabana 3 weeks before you go,but i want to book the $229 Premium Package which includes the Cabana.
Question is when can i book this?,i know it is'nt only 3 weeks before you go,as i have read of many people on here booking them sooner-but how soon?.Somethings telling me i have to wait a year out?.Does anyone know?.Thank you.x.

I think the 3 weeks out rule is only for when you are not booking a premium package. We booked 5-6 months out this year and I got the feeling there weren't many left. I am guessing, stress "guessing", that you can book a year out. There phone reservation people have been nothing but helpful for our three trips, so I wouldn't feel bad just calling them and asking. Maybe, you can do it now if you want. If you do, let us know what you find out.

Well i rang on 2 different occasions and got 2 different responses.
One said 6 months,one said 1 year ,so still none the wiser .x.

I would suggest emailing.

I had a similar issue with a cabana question (trying to find out if I could add a Premium Package to three non-dolphin-swim admissions). First person said yes. Discussed with DH, then I called back to book and was told I couldn't as the bouy *must* be delivered during the swim and cannot be left in the cabana.

So I emailed. Explained my question and relayed the two conflicting answers I had been given by phone.

Rec'd an email back with a sincere apology for the confusion and the CORRECT information. The Customer Service Rep even provided a direct number for me to call her personally to book the cabana.

I love having something in writing with an actual name attached to it.

Oh, and Snowy-girls.....I love the cat pics in your signature.

I took your advice and emailed DC,and the reply i got from Brian was 6 months out to book the Premium Package.But a little bit of me thinks that it won't do any harm trying at 1 year out-just in case?.Would hate to phone at 6 months to be told there isn't any left and i could have booked a year ago .

Thank you,my cats meant the world to me,i loved them dearly and still miss them terribly to this day.From left to right La-La was the son of Smudge,son of Sam,and brother of Max.They died in that order with Max only passing away recently in March.
People tend to think(and it can be very true)that cat's are not as loyal as a dog would be,that was wrong in my case.They were so loyal and loving,and you may laugh at this but they listened to me,and yes i spoke to them and they spoke back .They followed me everywhere,layed with me when i was'nt well,knew when something was wrong,and Sam +Max would even let my daughters wrap them up in bandages when they wanted some patients to play doctors and nurses with .Again thank you for noticing my beautiful cat's .
