Has anyone else done this as can't find any mention of it on the board?.
My DS and I did this last Oct and had a great time.
We arrived at DC at 6:30ish, set up tents( on the beach) had dinner and then family craft activities( we all made dolphin photo frames).
It was a small group( about prob 30 in total- 14 tents- i think).
We then had a educational talk on dolphin but the staff( very interactivie and great with the kids).
It was a lovely start to our DC experinec and amazing being on the resort with only a handful of people.
My son and i sat up and watch/listened to the dolphin playing in the water next to us. It was very hard to sleep( as both so excited) but lovely sharing a tent for the night( had to bring our own sleeping bags)
In the am, we were up early(6ish) had breakfast and then checked in to our dolphin swim and began our full day at the cove.
i think this is a great deal for familys( i know DC is expensive but the sleep over was only about $50 extra- not sure on current price) and we got dinner/breakfast and an extra 14 hours at the park and a lovely family experinec. I would highly reccomend this.
I would love to hear about other people expereince, best wishes, Ruth
