Discovery Cove Dolphin Swim Question

Silly question but I have looked at many pictures online of the dolphin swim. Are you allowed to wear a hat during the dolphin swim time? It looks like only the trainers have them on? I usually wear just a baseball cap to keep some of the sun off my face so was just wondering. Thanks!

I don't think you can wear a hat in case it falls off. I have only been once before and it was a wettish day so too much sun wasn't an issue. I will be interested to see if I am corrected as I am going in August this time and hope that we will need a hat!

I called Discovery Cove. No hats allowed on the dolphin swim.
