We will be flying in DS(19) from college to spend the weekend while on vacation. We will be at DW with him on friday, doing DC on saturday and SW on sunday before he flies out. Would it be too much after a day at DC to head to Magice Kingdom?? I noticed the park is open till 11 that night. I don't want to overload his 10 year old sister, or me.

Well discovery cove closes rather early. It is not an exhausting day like a day in the parks. I think you could do it if you so desire. I say play it by ear. But we did go out after.

I think it depends on how tired you are from all the snorkling and swimming you do. It can wear some people out.

DC is a relaxing park... it all depends on how your 10 yrs old feels after a day there... my kids were pooped after, so we went for diner and then relax at the resort.... it all depends on your kids... have fun.

We are visiting DC in December - the last day of our trip. We are planning on doing DC til 5 - 5:30, stopping at the hotel to shower/change, going to Downtown Disney for a quick supper, then off to MK for the evening parade and fireworks. MK is open til 1am the night we plan on doing this. My DD's are 17,15 and 9. I'm not sure that we'll make it, but we are going to try. We have a late afternoon flight home on Sunday, so we can sleep in. Wish us luck.
