I'm so happy to hear you like SSR! The pools are really fun. We love it there and are psyched to get back for Christmas this year. What section are you in?

We're doing well, got a good location here and are enjoying sleeping in and pool time. Things here are GREAT, thanks for thinking of us! Sure do miss AKL but SSR is growing on me, kids LOVE the pools, I love the transportation! Enjoying being at the same resort with Diane and her family - great times!
Alright, time to get some Disney sleep, Lauren's BBB day and dinner at 1900 Park Fare tomorrow. Tim's knee is KILLING him and he's really having a hard time getting around so we're taking it slow.

Thanks everyone for the prayers and well wishes for my knee. The problem with my knee hasn't been endurance, or lack of rest, I re-injured my knee I had surgery on and now there is NOOOO time to let it heal.

So I just try to soldier on, but now my other leg hurts from compensating on it.

That is the pits! I really hope you feel better. I got some serious blisters on both feet after the 2nd day of our trip and I know how something like that can make you miserable when you just want to have a good time. I agree with the other poster that you should rent an ECV if you keep hurting. Here's some pixie dust for you!

Well, there's another freaky coincidence... Matt has a bad knee too!! Never had surgery or anything, but was doing some physical therapy with it recently.

I'm so sorry you knee is killing you, Tim! Re-occuring injuries are NO fun! But thankfully you're there long enough to take your time! I hope it feels better! Can't wait to see Lauren's BBB pics...and all the fun times your family is having!

Sorry to hear about Tim's knee. I hope that taking it slow will be enough for him to start feeling better soon. I'm anxious to hear more about what your feelings were going from AKL to SSR. They are such different resorts. Continue to have a great trip! I think the other posters' suggestions on an ECV for Tim are spot on!

While I know you can't follow that plan while at the parks, see if you can get an ACE bandage, and stay off it when you are not touring. Sending best wishes that your knee allows you to do everything that you would like.
