Discovering DVC timandlesley style-A PTR, 19 days TRIP REPORT LINK PG.119!!!!!

I know, I can't imagine. They do limit it to how many people do this at one time. By the looks of what I've seen you can FP it and then come back at your assigned time, can't wait to try it. Luke is SUPER excited about it!

Hey Sooze, you've been kinda busy, I understand, wish I was as busy going to Disney as you. Your idea about the parking at International Gateway is an awesome one, we will definitely be doing that on Epcot nights. Yes, my kids do enjoy their mommy and daddy time so we will cherish that while we can!
Lesley

Yes, by the looks of it it does. Yes, we will be there for so long we will have plenty of time to do this. They said the average "mission" is about 45 min. long, so not bad at all, Luke is so super excited about it.
Lesley

Glad your boys liked it, I thought of you when I posted it. Yes, I've seen that, I wonder what the wait will be like and how much it will cost. Have you seen a price?
Lesley

You have me so excited for Boma, I will definitely try everything, that stew sounds yummy. LTT for lunch is worth messing around with your ADR's for : )
Lesley

Too funny!!! Glad we can be your Wan Kenobi : ) Congrats on your first home purchase, very exciting!
Lesley

Oh that is cool. I did not they are going to FP it. :)

Oh my gosh Lesley! We're gonna be getting there the same day! :hyper:
Sweet! I just tried to check out your PTR and your pics aren't working, wanted to see your face so I'd recognize you. Where are you staying?
Lesley

I am not positive, but if you look at the video it looks like that's what they are holding?:confused3

Wow! This looks SO cool!! Do you think it will look funny if a bunch of adults with no kids play this?
Heck no, it's DISNEY!!!! Everyone is a kid in Disney, right!
Lesley

So........ we've been very busy this weekend. First of all, we bought new furniture, we are so excited, our old sofa got a hole in it so we needed a new one and that turned into us buying a new loveseat for our front room:

And a new sleeper sofa for our t.v. room (we needed one so we have somewhere for guests to stay and Luke is super excited for sleepovers:thumbsup2 ;) )

Then, with new furniture we decided on a no eating in the t.v. room rule so we bought a new island for the kids to eat on (notice the Disney theme of this room- I painted it last year with the Mickey head stencils for those of you who followed our last years PTR):

I have been so excited trying to disney-fi our t.v. room. I finally got our Photopass pictures printed and framed and put together a collage on the wall, what do you think?

Here are some of the other Disneythings in the room:

Tim and I had Disney themed wedding invitations (over 10 years ago) and someone gave this to us as a gift, I love it:

I was so excited to find on CLEARANCE this "believe" picture frame for 2 dollars after christmas, it just fit into our Disney theme so nicely, so check it out:

So Disney is with us all year round now, I just love putting new additions in this room, can't wait to add more!

Leslie,
I really like your new furniture, it doesn't take long for the kids to make themselves comfortable. The framed photopass pictures look great as a collection on the wall. The island is a good idea in the kitchen, looks like Lauren likes it too! Thanks for sharing. I'm cooking up a traditional Thanksgiving meal tonight, the kids are coming over to eat, and the football games are on.:goodvibes

Your new furniture is great. I love all the disney touches everywhere.

Island is so cute for the kids..love it:)

Well, it's my TR from my '08 trip...and my pictures will be back up and working on the 23rd. Accidently went over my bandwidth or whatever on photobucket. :rolleyes2 But please subscribe and after the 23rd, you can see! :)

We're going to be staying at OKW!

Oh I remember you painting that! It looks great!

That mirror thing is gorgeous! And hey-I know that head on tv....are you watching "Corey in the House" by chance?!

Very nice!!! We need a new couch too, but I have big dogs that like to jump on it whenever they hear the wind blow outside. So, I'll wait until the kids stop eating on it and the dogs stop shredding it with their nails.
I LOVE your Disney themed kitchen. I have a red kitchen and am gradually turning it Disney. It's painted red, so I just have to add the extra touches like you did.

Hi Tim and Lesley - I haven't checked your PTR in a while so had to go back a ways for updates. Thanks for the links on your homepage. I have no Disney trips planned in the near future so it makes it harder to come on here and read. I soooo want to have a trip to plan. Darn this economy!! I am helping a friend do her Disney trip so I finally came on here to get my updates.

I just wanted to tell you that your ADRs look great except for one glaring ommission....JIKO!!! You are staying at AKL, you have to fit that in. My dh and I ate there on our trip in November and we agreed hands down that it was our favorite restaurant in all of Disney. The steak was amazing (better than LeCellier)....the cheese plate was to die for, the wines were so good (African wines).....We love Jiko so much that we got a puppy for Christmas and named her Jiko!!

If you can, fit it in...you won't be disappointed!

We have driven to Disney before too ( 12 hours for us). It is nice to have your car especially when you are staying at SSR!

The new stuff looks great.:) Love all your photos and frames.
How is Tim's knee doing these days, I'm hoping since you haven't mentioned anything lately he's doing better?:goodvibes Good luck with the no eating in the living room. I try that on an ongoing basis:rotfl2:

Love the new furniture and the Disney frames look great too. I love the Mickey mirror too! We have our kitchen all Disneyfied too. But where did you get the mickey head stencil?

Hi Lesley! I love your new furniture! Even the pillows fit in with the Disney theme, just cuz they look kind of retro:thumbsup2 Have a great holiday!
