Discovered Disney passes-every year?

Are the Florida Discover Disney three and four day passes (the ones for $129/$149) typically offered every year? I know the current one is until June (minus blackouts). Very good deal and wondering if it is usually offered each off season.

I want to say they've been offering them since 2010 or 2011. Each year the prices go up, but they, historically, have offered them to FL Residents. The first year (or maybe two) was 4 days for $99, the next was 3 days for $99 (with four for $119), the next was 3 days for $119 and 4 for $129, and this year it's 3 days for $129 and 4 for $149, so each year the prices go up, but I think they'll be a very good chance that they will release them next year as well.

Thanks. Thought I remembered them fairly regularly (parents are FL residents and like trying to do trips when they can get those since they're perfect for the 3-4 days they usually join us.)
