Discover Card: Do Cashback $$ Expire?

My DH has $52 in cashback rewards as of this month. Does he have to redeem these in a certain timeframe, do they expire?

I've looked through the cashback program details and can't seem to find an answer....

I have had discover for over ten years and never had any expire. I have let it collect for over a year without using it. So no, to my knowledge it does not expire.

I don't put a ton of stuff on credit so it's taken me awhile to accumulate any significant amount.

Yea, it took my DH over 3 years to accumulate this amount! So we're really taking our time figuring out what gift card we want....they have everything from Barnes and Noble to Pizza Hut. So many choices!!

I've had the card forever. I have never redeemed the cash. They used to just mail a check at the end of the year. So, I don't think they ever expire!

You can also use the cash back to pay on the balance of the credit card. In $50 increments, I believe. I think I saw that they'll direct deposit it to your checking/saving too.

We use our Discover to pay for every thing we possibly can then pay the balance off every month. You get 1% investment back or more for your money. Cash back as well as associated partners like Lowes and other gift card specials have never expired that I know of. In past we could use any amount as cash back or use to apply to a balance payment. We literally earn enough using it that way to pay our flights every year.
