Do DVC members get any discounts onboard Disney cruise ships?

No on-board merchandise discounts and usually no discounts for booking a cruise.

Twice they have offered a booking discount to DVC Members to fill up cruises.

And if you book through DVC because you are using points, you'll pay the DVC negotiated rate, not the advertised DCL rate. And often, that is more than the DCL rate.
