If you have three adults and two teens, you will need a Deluxe resort that would have two queens and one twin daybed. Plus you would have to pay the extra adult fee for the extra adult (and depending on the ages of the teens, maybe for them, too). With two rooms at a value, you probably wouldn't have to pay the extra fee since you could arrange the family to get no more than two adults in a room. You would have double beds.
Or you could go with a FW cabin that sleeps six, but only one bathroom.
Or you could stay at a DVC resort in a two bedroom villa (that would sleep 8, have two bathrooms and a full kitchen - plus a washer and dryer).
