Discounts on Universal Passes

dalern3fan:

If you are going before end of April, you can buy one adult ticket get one child free at Universal. That would be $109 plus tax for that combo. It is a multiday ticket, but cheaper than other options when you consider is covers 2 people. A child is 9 years and younger, by their rules.

EDITED: for the adult/child free ticket - I've heard it has to be USED before end of March 2007.

For the other Universal tickets, there was a link in these boards about a ticketmaster option which was about $77, I think.

For SeaWorld, our best bet was buying them from AAA as the SeaWorld prices added more tax than AAA.

I was just searching for the buy adult 2 day /2 park and get 3rd day and free child ticket offer. I found it under UK residents. It was 112 plus tax but that saved 50$ from purchasing 2 85$ tickets. I purchased 1 85$ ticket for me . They asked for your address but no restrictions noted when looking or ordering. I also did electronic p/u. Hope this saves you money!

So, can U.S resident buy tix from the UK site and use them with no probs?

Yes, I have received my tickets and there are no restrictions. It askedmt address ect. when I purchased them. I am planning on using them on Jan 26th and 27th so I will post if there was no problem . From all my research I don't suspect there wll be.

that'd be helpful. thanks.

I am on the Universal Florida Website, and I cannot locate the deal where you buy 1 adult ticket for $ 110 (or so) and get a child ticket free. It would save about $ 50 over the $ 85 apiece price...but where is it ????

don't know if they still have that special for buy one get child free tickets.

just received my AAA magazine.
you can order the 7 day tickets from AAA for $85 plus tax.

I have mine all bought and ready to use them on Friday. When you go to the ticket area you need to click on UK residents, the offer shows up there. They ask your address and still allow anyone to purchase tickets . I needed 3 tickets and I bought a 3 day pass for 1 adult and 1 child for 112$. Good luck.

So - any problem?

Just returned yesterday, we spent 3 days in Disney and had no problems getting my tickets at the electronic ticket booth at universal. I just scanned my credit card put in the reservation # and it spit out my tickets. I purchased an adult / free 3rd day/ free child for 112$ from the UK website link and a regular 85 $ adult ticket. It saved money over buying 3 85 $ passes. Good Luck

Thanks for posting an update! :thumbsup2 I'm going to go ahead and order ours for next week then! I need just the same variety tickets as you too! :grouphug:

good question..... i'll like to know this as well....

I called CS the other day & was told that currently there are no exzpitation dates. If they decide to change it, & you purchase now while there is no expiration date, they will honor them whenever you decide to use them.

It isn't going to change any time soon since the television commercials are just coming out advertising those prices.

I just hope that if I were to buy one now that it will still be good in a year maybe two.. That is a great price and hard to pass up on... Even if only a few days are used on it.. But i would try to use all seven days...:goodvibes :cool1: :yay:

I wish they had the deal they had last year. We bought 1 adult ticket for $106 it was a 2 day 2 park ticket that came with 3 free additional days AND a free kid ticket. So we got 2 adult and 2 kid passes for 5 days for $212.

Probably a stupid question but.... I saw on the Universal site that you can purchase a ticket for adult or child for $89 or (something like that), then have it stamped on the way out to get in to Universal and Islands for 7 consecutive days. Could you purchase this ticket for $112, use it the first day and stamp it then use the second day pass at a future date? Am I understanding they don't expire year to year? I am confused by all the offers. Help!
