Discounts on DVC properties (Vero Beach)?

Are any of these discounts ever applicable to Vero Beach or Hilton Head? I don't seem to find any discounts to these anywhere. Anybody know if/where I can find discounts on these?

we used the birnbaum coupon (20%off) at Vero Beach and Hilton Head last september. I think the coupons are in the 2009 book again.
