Discounts for Swan/Dolphin?

We are adding 2 extra nights to our November trip. So, we need another resort and I was thinking of trying the Swan or Dolphin since we have never stayed there and we are excited to be arriving at WDW earlier than expected and we will now be able to do the Food and Wine Festival this year. We would have missed it had we not decided to go earlier. How do I go about trying to get these Swan/Dolphin discounts for Nov.10-12th? I know allears has a $148 nt, entertainment book(heard it may not be available) , I have AAA and am going to buy an AP. What should I do? Do I have to call or can I book online somewhere?

I don't think they have the AP rates out for the Swan Dolphin yet they are good because they give you more features than the AAA discount but I would book with the AAA discount and then if the AP rate comes out call and change it, I suggest you CALL using the number listed on the other site. I found them to be very helpful on the phone.
