Discounts for FL residents

I'm a new Florida resident and will be passing through Orlando on my way home from a business trip and would love to stop for a 2 day break in WDW. Is there a # that FL residents can call to get discounted hotel rooms?

Sure is, 407-W-Disney or 1-800-828-0228. This is the same # for everyone else, just tell them that you are a FL resident.

Florida Residents can get a "room only" discount at a Value, Moderate or Deluxe Disney World Resort.

Travel 9/30/07 - 12/23/08 - The Booking Code is FEY*

* Prices for FEY begin at:
$59 for a standard room at a Value Resort
$164 for a studio at a DVC Resort

The FEY offer also includes a Disney Dining Card when you book a minimum 2 night stay within the following dates:
10/21 - 11/3
11/11 - 11/17
12/9 - 12/15
The Dining Card for Value Resort bookings is $20 (Code FFF), Moderate Resorts is $50 (Code FFG), Deluxe Resorts is $75 (Code FFH), DVC Resorts is $100 (Code FFI)

All discounts are subject to availability, certain restrictions apply.
Proof of residency is required at check in.

Oops, yes I'm sure you are right - I cut and pasted that from here on the DIS discounts section, so hopefully one of the mods can tell the web person to fix that on the site! Thanks for catching that!

From Mousesavers.com, the codes for FL Resident for 1/1/2007-2/14/2007 came out on 11/2/2006. AP holders discounts for these dates came out on 11/1/2006. Discounts for 1/1/2007-3/8/2007 came out for the general public on 11/2/2006.HTH!!!
