Discounts at Disneyland Hotel

Are there ever discounts for the Disneyland Hotel?

The reason I was asking is that I plan on buying Annual Passes for DLP. We used our Annual Passes at WDW Florida which gave us discounted room rates.

We plan on staying at the Disneyland Hotel for our trip in Feb. 2007. I was wondering if I should book my room after I buy the AP assuming that a discount was automatic.
Or is the system the same like WDW - AP rates are released at certain times for certain resorts?

AP holders get a 10% discount when booking thought Disney. In certain dates, they can get up to 25%, but usually on other hotels than DLH
