They start selling to public July 18th, start today for Disney card holders.
20% off Standard Rooms
25% off Premium
30% off Grand Californian

Must travel Sun-Thur between Aug 6-Sept 29
Of course, our trip would be Aug 2-5. Boo.

I was really surprised they started the offer Aug 6, before LAUSD goes back in session, I thought DLR usually started these offers mid-late Aug?

It's for new reservations only, they aren't allowing me to modify my existing reservation. Also, not combineable with Costco...

Where did you find this offer?

It was in my email inbox, I'm a Disney Chase cardholder so they sent it out today bc cardholders can book a week early, starting today, the 11th.

She just basically cancelled and rebooked a new reservation under Walt Disney Travel rather than Costco. I know I lose the Costco perks, but it still saved me $500! Thanks again!

Thanks for posting I am a chase card member as well and did not receive an email, even went to the chase website nothing listed. I am going to call right now. Aloha

Is the Paradise Pier not included in this discount?

Thank you for the info!!

I'm not a card holder so I'll check out the deals on the 18th!

Thank you for posting this! I was hoping this type of discount would pop up this week but hadn't received the email yet. I just called and saved $436 (and upgraded my room type) for our anniversary trip next month. Now I feel much better about splurging for the Fantasmic package!

FYI, the Courtyard View at the GCH is included in the "premium" category.

I just called and it's for packages only :( Meaning you have to have tickets with it too. Did everyone else have that same experience?

No, mine was a room only booking that I got the better deal on. The CM I dealt with had to get a supervisor to help her make it work but she was able to modify my existing reservation without canceling and rebooking.

Call and try again!

It only shows Disneyland and Grand California, discounts are tiered based on the view (Standard-Premium)...hope this helps...right now, Paradise Pier is not included.

Make sure to tell them you are a Disney credit card holder, these rates aren't "loaded" for general public yet.

I'm surprised too. You are right, it's normally mid august. I'm also surprised that it is as much as 30% off, from what i remember it's usually a max of 25%.

DH called the other day to see about any discounts for our existing reservation and they told him to call back on the 18th. It didn't sound like it was a problem. Since we're Disney Visa holders going to call and see if we can do it now.
