Discounted Park Tickets for W&D

I just registered for the Wine and Dine and have a link and code for discounted park tickets. DH and I are annual passholders and I was wondering if these discounted tickets can be upgraded? We will be due to get new passes during the trip.

Last year our resident ticket expert, Cheshire_Figment, said they are NOT upgradeable.
