Costco's website has $100 worth of giftcards for $79.99 (shipping included).

I am sure you can, once you buy a gift card and take it to use they have no idea what you pay for it. It is like cash to them.

You know they are banking on you never using them it is a million dollar business for places, unused gift cards.

I agree -- you should be able to use it as the discount would be applied and then the giftcards would be used like cash. The double whammy!!!
