I am debating buying the voucher and just sticking it aside. My AP doesn't expire until July so I can't see buying a new one to use this year just to get water parks LOL!

So if I'm reading this correctly, we can buy the DVC discounted premium annual passes in October [when ours expires ] AND buy another couple of DVC premium annual passes to use after the new ones expire October 2013?

As long as we activate them before December 31, 2013 they'll be good for the whole year, right?

I'm in the same boat and wanting to do the same, but worried about the wording of "must be redeemed before 12/31/12." It also say though that we can buy and then activate when our current APs expire. So, I'm confused. Can we buy and hold the voucher to activate when ours expire in July? The "redeem by 12/31/12" has me worried I can't do that?

I recently bought the regular APs which we are going to activate in November. I just called Member Services to see if I could "upgrade" on 10/1 to the Premium and get this deal and was told I could not. I can buy them and hold them to use next year, which I will consider doing but that's still a whole lot of money to spend while I'm trying to save for THIS trip. Anyway, just wanted to pass that along to anyone else who might be wondering. I wish I had waited just a few more weeks!!!

Too bad we won't be activating until 2/2013. But for those that will be in the World between 10/1/12 and 12/31/12 that would be a great benefit if you could do it!

I hope so as we bought AP vouchers back in June. Hopefully someone finds out if this will work! Even if I can't get a refund, I'd like the premium pass.

Yes, you can buy it in 2012 and not activate the annual passes until 2013 and they would expire in 2014.
