It will be activated the day you buy it. Using this discount is not like buying the vouchers and then getting them activated. It will be active at the time of purchase and good for a year from that day.

If you are upgrading a MYW ticket to an AP, your AP will be activated for the day you first used the MYW ticket. If you are just buying an AP, it will be activated for the year the day you buy the AP.

So for instance, if you go to the park today, 5/13/09, and use a MYW ticket, then decide on Saturday, 5/16/09, your AP will have a date on it of 5/13.

Does anyone know if when you purchase the AP's is it a voucher or actual AP that would start with the date you purchase them? We will be there in June and have to get our AP's with the DVC discount & the 10% off but we don't plan on going into the parks on this trip. We want to start using them on our trip in Nov.
